-Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself or something that would surprise us.
I am engaged and have an amazing daughter who is 12 going on 18. She scares the crap out of me with her smarts. I am a big sports fan. Go ‘Stros! Love to eat which has become a problem for me, but since joining Behemoth I still love to eat, but now it is all about the choices I make.
Something that would surprise Behemoth. I love to run (but suck at it) and hoping one day to do the Houston Marathon.
-How and when were you introduced to Behemoth?
My fiance is friends with Hewitt family and one day she saw the Facebook post for the Behemoth 30-day Challenge and now here I am.
-What are you most proud of, physically, mentally or both since beginning with us?
When I first started, I was 355 lbs and now I am down about 50lbs with another 50lbs to go before I reach my goal.
-What has been your biggest, yet most rewarding obstacle to overcome, whether in the gym or on your health journey to date?
Before I started, I would drink about a gallon of Dr. Pepper a day. My co-workers used to joke that I kept the Dr. Pepper machine in business for years in my office. Quitting the Pepper has been the most rewarding obstacle to overcome.
It is all about the coaches…….
-What next? What are you excited about pursuing here in the future?
Keep doing what I am doing and reaching my goals
